Counselling supervision in organisational contexts: New challenges and perspectives

Abstract

The need for a shared understanding of supervision is explored in relation to the supervisory role and organisational culture. It is argued that supervisors can be change agents within an organisational context but that the working contract needs to be negotiated carefully to safeguard the ethical interests of all parties.
