APPLICATION OF FACTOR RECONSTRUCTION ANALYSIS IN THE BIOSYNTHESIS OF SPIRAMYCIN *

Abstract

After analysis of results of a factor reconstruction analysis model using the GENRECX program, the importance of factor interaction impacts was found. It was also found that corn steep liquor extracts with some amino acids have important effects on the fermentation yield of spiramycin.
