DETERMINATION OF RECONSTRUCTION FAMILIES

Pages 225-228 | Received 26 Nov 1981, Accepted 03 Feb 1982, Published online: 06 Apr 2007

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the determination of probabilistic reconstruction families. A method for obtaining the equations for the reconstruction hypothesis in linearly independent form is presented, and the resultant matrix is in triangular form. The procedure greatly reduces the size of the reconstruction hypothesis matrix, and the solution of the matrix equation is rendered trivial.
