Abstract

Let Abe an n× nnonnegative matrix. Under suitable conditions there exist diagonal matrices Dand Ewith positive main diagonals such that DAEis doubly stochastic. In this paper we discuss some problems concerning the spectrums of Aand DAEwhen Ais row stochastic.
