LES SYSTÈMES BIPHASIQUES. 7 SYNTHÉSE DE SULFAMATES SIMPLES ET N-SUBSTITUÉS DANS LES CONDITIONS DE TRANSFERT DE PHASE LIQUIDE-LIQUIDE

Abstract

We report the very facile and convenient syntheses of sulfamate esters of the general structures R[sbnd]O[sbnd]SO2[sbnd]NH2 and R[sbnd]O[sbnd]SO2[sbnd]NR1R2 respectively by reduction of aryloxysulfonyl azides and by reaction of amines N-sulfonyl chlorides with phenols under phase transfer catalysis. These procedures, owing to their high yields and mild conditions, constitute a considerable improvement upon the classical techniques.

Des esters sulfamiques de structures R[sbnd]O[sbnd]SO2[sbnd]NH2 et R[sbnd]O[sbnd]SO2[sbnd]NR1R2 sont synthétisés en catalyse par transfert de phase respectivement par réduction des azidosulfates et par action de N-sulfochlorures d'amines sur les phénols. Dans les deux cas on observe une simplification considérable des conditions de réaction et une amélioration des rendements par rapport aux méthodes classiques.
