N,N-N′,N′OCTAMETHYLIMIDODIPHOSPHOTETRAMIDE-REEXAMEN DE LA SYNTHESE ET ETUDE DE LA REACTIVITE COMME NUCLEOPHILE

Abstract

An efficient synthetic pathway of N,N-N′,N′Octamethylimidodiphosphotetramide was realised by modifying a procedure described in the literature and by improving it in the light of the properties of the product. The nucleophilic properties of the imidic nitrogen (under its anionic form) are much less pronounced than those of phtalimide (Gabriel's reagent), of similar structure.

Le choix d'une voie de synthèse performante du N,N-N′,N′ Octaméthylimidodiphosphotétramide est réalisé. Nous avons repris les protocoles proposés dans la littérature et nous les avons améliorés à la limière des propriétés du produit. Le caractère nucléophile de l'azote imidique (sous forme anionique) est nettement plus faible que celui due phtalimide (réactif de Gabriel) auquel il peut ětre comparé de par sa structure.
