Abstract

In this Special Issue, recent developments in dialogical psychology are described with particular attention to their implications for counselling practice and research. The varied contributions all share a) a view of self as multidimensional, relational and embedded in social, political, and cultural contexts and b) a view of psychological disorder as a problem of dialogical process and relations.
