Abstract
This paper describes a stress management programme run for students in an FE College. The programme was the result of a collaboration between a County Psychological Service and an FE College. The paper also examines the benefits and pitfalls experienced in running such a programme. It suggests ways in which these may be overcome and how students' well‐being may be promoted within colleges of Further Education.
