Social Casework Practice in Child Guidance–An Individual Study in Adaptation

Abstract

My primary purpose in presenting this paper is to give an account of contemporary practice in child guidance as far as I am personally concerned, and to state my position in relation to theory and practice. However, in doing this, I am bound to give some short description of my background in professional social work and the influences which have brought me to my present position.
