Abstract

The Family Law Bill (1975) taken as a whole “makes a detailed attempt to provide practical and human relief for those whose marriages have broken down and for their children. The attempt to reduce bitterness and the accent on counselling puts the Bill in the forefront of Family Law legislation in today's world.”
