Theoretical Integration as a Basis for Social Work in a Marriage Counselling Setting

Abstract

This paper attempts to describe two aspects of the role of a social worker working within a marriage counselling setting. One aspect of this role is the direct service to clients. In this setting clients will seek the service of a counsellor to help them improve their ability to relate within a legal or de facto marital relationship.
