Abstract
Dr. Ronald Lippitt is currently professor emeritus of sociology and psychology at the University of Michigan, and he is President of Organization Renewal, Inc. in Washington, D.C. On the topic of community development, Ron has written and taught extensively. He has also written extensively on the study of planned change and the strategies of change‐agentry with his book The Dynamics of Planned Change.
The following is an interview with Ron on the exciting possibility of using community development theories and strategies as a research perspective for studying new ways to govern and manage community colleges.
