An experiential approach to instruction in intercultural communication

Abstract

Traditional intercultural training programs are denned and discussed in terms of their goals and objectives. Four basic models of intercultural training are presented and assessed for their value in the classroom. The writers emphasize the value of the experiential model for classroom instruction.
