Woodrow Wilson's Columbian exposition speech—"A liberal education”;

Woodrow Wilson's days as a college professor and university president are overshadowed by his years as President of the United States and by his attempts to bring world peace. It is interesting to note that in 1893, just ninety years ago, he was speaking his convictions regarding professionalism, over specialization, and the need for a strong liberal arts base for all college students.
