In Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy, 32(2): 219–227, 2006 for the article “Preparation, Characterization, and Pharmacokinetics of Sterically Stabilized Nimodipine-Containing Liposomes”, the authors would like to correct the errors in this article:
On page 222, in the “Pharmacokinetics Studies” section, right hand column, fourth line, the sentence “and (3) nimodipine liposomal formulation for i.v. infusion prepared was administered as the infusion solution (n = 5)” should have more specifically read “and (3) nimodipine liposomal formulation (nimodipine/ePC/CHOL/sodium deoxycholate/ tween-80 0.23:8:1:4.5:2.25 (w/w) and 5% mannitol) was reconstituted and i.v. administered at constant rate for 60 minutes (n = 5).” The discussions and conclusions of the original article are still valid.
Dr. Guifang Zhang was inadvertently excluded as an author on the article and she is equal to the first author. We should also acknowledge Shan Li and Xian Zhu for their contributions to the pharmacokinetics studies. We regret the inconvenience that these errors caused.
