Summary
Results are given about the extensity of sporogeny and blood stages of Sphaerospora renicela and Cyprinus carpio (reracola-sphaerosporosis) under natural and artificial warm water conditions. Recommendations have been derived about temperature ranges in carp production which favour the temperature-dependent inhibition respectively total suppression of SBI-infection in carp.
