RIASSUNTO
Vengono descritti Brachycerus gilvipes n. sp. ed Hypohypurus litoralis n. sp., entrambi raccolti sul litorale della Somalia durante le ricerche organizzate dal Centro di Studio per la Faunistica ed Ecologia Tropicali del Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche.
SUMMARY
Is described Brachycerus gilvipes n. sp., closely related to B. limbatus Haaf, 1957 from Somalia; is also described Hypohypurus litoralis n. sp., related to the Indian H. portulacae (Marshall, 1916), transferred by Ceutorhynchus to Hypohypurus (nov. comb.), and to the African H. aequatorials Hust., 1930. Both new species were collected during the ecological research on the beach and dune at Sar Uanle (southern Somalia, 0°29'48''S-42°25'30''E) conducted by the Centro di Studio per la Faunistica ed Ecologia Tropicali of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche.
