Transfer Matrix Parameters of Two Types of Non-uniform Transmission Lines of Generalized Exponential Class

Abstract

Two types of non-uniform transmission lines with independent variation of the series impedance Z and shunt admittance Y have been dealt and their transfer matrix parameters are derived. The expressions for input impedances for both types of lines are given. The Transmission lines are shown to be the members ‘Generalized Exponential Class’ (GEC) and their equivalent exponential lines are derived.
