Abstract

High Q biquadratic inductive impedance is synthesized by active circuits with resistors and grounded capacitors. One of these has the lowest ratio of resistances and hence is more suitable for integration. Its transistor version is used in all transistor bandpass amplifier at intermediate frequency. Theoretical and experimental results of this amplifier are compared.
