Abstract
Two schemes of realization of bilinear inductance with RC feedback in a single transistor for low frequency applications are described. The inductances have low sensitivity figures to parameter variations and moderately large Q factors at specific frequencies. The two methods are compared and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated.
