Abstract
For enhancing the worth of a high frequency device such as a varactor diode, it is essential to fabricate contacts with very low value of specific contact resistance. To ascertain precisely the value of specific contact resistance, it is necessary to evaluate the bulk resistance of the semiconductor material. A technique based on conformal transformations for evaluating exactly the bulk resistance for evaporated ohmic contacts is presented.
