Abstract

Transferred electron oscillator developed in K-band (18–26.5 GHz) is reported. Frequency and power characteristics of the oscillator are presented. It is observed that a mechanical frequency tunability of nearly 5 GHz with a minimum output power of 10 mW is obtained.
