Analogue Computations using Current Conveyors

Pages 510-511 | Received 04 Nov 1975, Published online: 11 Jul 2015

Abstract

Two new configurations employing second generation current conveyor are considered for performing analogue computations on voltage signals, and their resemblance with, and merits and demerits over, the conventional configuration using an operational amplifier are pointed out. It is shown by an example that a great economy in the number of current conveyors results when operations are carried out on suitably chosen voltage and current signals.
