Abstract
The physical shape of nonuniform distributed parameter (NUDP) Z—Y—KZ structure may be changed, if the patterns of variation of the per-unit-length (PUL) parameters of a given NUDP Z—Y—KZ structure are mutually interchanged. Expressions for the two-port four-terminal matrix parameter functions (MPF's) for the new NUDP Z—Y—KZ structure are derived and their relationships with those of the known Z—Y—KZ network are evaluated. A theorem is formulated on the basis of the results yielded by the mutual interchange of the patterns of variation of the PUL parameters of the NUDP Z—Y—KZ structure.
