Extension of Adaptive Threshold Logic to Printed Hindi Numerals Recognition

Abstract

This paper deals with a scheme to recognize printed Hindi numerals employing training algorithm which ultimately gives a linear discriminant function for the purpose of classification. It is assumed that the numerals are being displayed from a 7 × 5 LED dot matrix array.
