Abstract
The dispersion relations for TE and TM modes for long wavelengths in cylindrical waveguide filled with uniaxial, collisional, hot and moving plasma have been derived and numerically discussed under different conditions. It is observed that the dispersion relation for TE modes is not affected by any property of plasma and magnetic field. However, the TM modes are the functions of electron collison frequency (V), electron thermal velocity (v0) and the velocity of the plasma in the wave guide (v)
