An Integrated Band-Pass Filter of Uniform Distributed Parameter R_o-C_o-KR_o Structure

Abstract

This paper presents a circuit configuration of the uniform four-terminal R_o-C_o-KR_o structure which can be used as integrated band-pass filter in thin-film circuitry. The attenuation and phase-shift characteristics of the voltage transfer function under the varying loading condition are presented to bring out certain salient features. It is shown that the region of band-pass frequencies can be varied by varying the parameter K.
