Abstract

Messrs Don White Consultants Inc., Gainesville, USA recently sent to Prof. S.V.C. Aiya several volumes of their EMC Encyclopaedia—Volumes I to V and IX and X. Prof. Aiya who has done monumental work in India on an investigation of the problems of ‘the Interference Environment’ has completed a highly perceptive review of the contents of these seven volumes. The IETE has pleasure in publishing this comprehensive Review and hopes that it will be widely read and will help to stimulate a renewed effort to understand and overcome the difficulties created by ‘man-made noise’ under our conditions.
