Shanghai Observatory's Hydrogen Maser

Abstract

In this paper, the development of atomic hydrogen masers at Shanghai Observatory (SO) is introduced. It describes the techniques and the design principles relevant to the construction and operation of Shanghai Observatory's H-Masers and presents design considerations of electronic systems of these H-masers. Some preliminary experimental results of these devices are given. Meanwhile, new development of H-maser at SO is also described briefly.
