Abstract
A novel approach to the realization of linear thermistor response based on thermistor-resistor-transistor (TRT) network is presented. The proposed network gives linear response over the temperature range 0-100°C with linearity better than 1.3% at 100°C. The experimental observations support the theoretical conclusions.
