Abstract
On 30th April, this year, the Institution took yet another stride towards its goal of fulfilling the professional commitments to the society by commencing the much-needed Training Course in Computer Science.
Shri M.M. Wagle, President complimented the Delhi Centre of IETE for its bold initiative on this innovative experiment. We reproduce below, the thought-provoking Inaugural Address delivered by Dr. M.S. Sanjeevi Rao, the Union Dy Minister for Electronics, who was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
