The Stability Analysis of a Class of Time-Delay Systems: Analytical Circle Criterion Approach

Abstract

In this paper, an attempt has been made to present analytical interpretation of the well-known circle criterion for giving stability information of a class of time delay systems. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the system to possess a real K have been derived. Quite a few representative cases have been analysed to check the efficacy of the analytical procedure. The results obtained by this method agree very well with those available in the literature
