Design of Non-Interacting Controller for 2-Shaft Gas-Turbine

Abstract

The theory of decoupling of a linear time invariant system has been applied to a linear model of 2-shaft gas-turbine. The necessary and sufficient conditions of diagonalizability of the present system have been examined, and, the feedback law that makes the original system a non-interacting one has been found out. Finally, a generalized feedback law for pole-positioning while simultaneously decoupling the system has been evaluated.
