Abstract
The structure and fabrication procedure of a fully integrated injection locked distributed Bragg reflector semiconductor laser (∼ 1.5 μm) have been discussed. Initial studies confirm the occurrence of injection locking phenomenon. The problems connected with the integrated structures have been discussed.
