Abstract
A H10 rectangular to H01 circular mode tranducer has been designed by using H011 mode Semi Circular Cavity. It gives 80 MHz bandwidth at 9.482 GHz. The VSWR and insertion loss in the pass band have been 2.25 and 2 dB respectively, which can be improved by better fabrication technique. It has the advantage of achieving larger band-width in a reduced size of the transducer.
