Abstract

The stability conditions of a delayed phase-locked loop with imperfect integrating and proportional-plus-integrating type of filters in the face noisefree input signal have been obtained. The frequencies of self-oscillation of the same system in its unstable mode have been given in terms of system parameters. The effect of noise contamination of the input signal has been considered. Experimental results have been supplemented in support of the analytical predictions.
