Abstract

Wave networks realised with switched capacitors can be used to represent transmission and scattering matrices associated with propagating structures. Applications of such matrices for iterative generation of trigonometric functions, computation of transforms and phase locked loops have been discussed. It is shown that the wave filter representation is very useful in analog simulation of semiconductor devices and propagating structures.
