J Vasi
J Vasi received his B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1969 and his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA in 1973. He taught at the Johns Hopkins University for a year and then at IIT Delhi, before moving to IIT Bombay in 1981, where he has been Professor of Electrical Engineering since 1983.
His research interests include the physics and technology of microelectronics, process and device simulation, and integrated circuit design.
