A Novel Technique in Nucleonic Gauging for Density Measurements with Dimensionless Parameters

Abstract

A single scatter, computer simulation software, has been developed for design optimisation and, for design verification of gamma scatter gauges. A set of dimensionless parameters have been defined and shown to be unaffected by source decay and amplifier gain drifts. These parameters have also been shown to be a dependent variable of density and chemical compositions. Computation of several variables simultaneously is thus, shown to be feasible with a greater accuracy.
