Abstract

The effect of slot angle of V-slot waveguide antenna (V-SWGA) on the radiation characteristics and suppression of side-lobes by a flange technique is presented. It is observed that the beam can be shaped by adjusting flange angle to the optimum position. Impedance of these slotted waveguide antennas (SWGAs) are also improved by this technique.
