Three Stage Injection Locked Millimeter Wave Source at Ka Band

Abstract

In this paper three stage injection locked source at 35 GHz is described. The output power of upconverter, 0 dBm is amplified first to the level of 20 dBm by using two stage Gunn oscillators and then to 27 dBm power using Impatt oscillator in the final stage.
