A simplified Model for Speed Control of AC Voltage Controller Fed Induction Motor Drives

Pages 247-250 | Published online: 26 Mar 2015

Abstract

A simplified linearised incremental model of ac volatage controller fed induction motor drive is derived from the fifth order d-q axis model of the motor and is used for closed loop speed control application. It is shown that induction motor parameters vary widely as operating point changes. Simulation results are presented.
