Steady State Analysis and Simulation of PWM Inverter Fed Capacitor Run Induction Motor

Pages 441-445 | Published online: 26 Mar 2015

Abstract

This paper presents transient and steady state analysis and simulation of capacitor run Induction motor driven by Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) voltage source inverter. The d-q axes model of the motor is represented in the state-space form and is used for simulation study. Experimental results are provided to validate the simulation results.
