Francis M. Hult
Francis M. Hult is Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he also serves as director of the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) program. He investigates multilingualism in policy and practice from ethnographic and discourse analytic perspectives. His recent books include Language Policy and Language Acquisition Planning (with Siiner and Kupisch) and Research Methods in Language Policy and Planning (with Johnson).
