Jay E. Bischoff

Jay Edward Bischoff is Director of Education for the Counseling Center of Southern Minnesota, as well as lead Special Learning and/or Behavior Problems teacher for School District 3194 in Lakeville, Minnesota. He has a particular interest in this field, and puts it this way: “I myself suffered from dyslexia which further makes me aware of the self-concept problems our students face. While a college student, I remained afraid of tests, even though I was an honor student after remediation as an adolescent. The complexities of the problem and its remediation are overwhelming.”
