New Insights into the Life Cycle Approach

Abstract

Life cycle or logistics curves have been used in government and industry in recent years to predict project oriented manpower. A plausible theory is advanced to justify the use of these curves. Assumptions about project characteristics are used to derive a form of life cycle curve which appears to have general application. One possible application is described.
