Abstract
The impedance connected with the electromagnetic field in cylindrical active and rectangular passive conductors of the rotor of a squirrel-cage motor is calculated. A distribution of the Joule power between these conductors is also examined. The investigations are made by using the Bubnov-Galerkin method. Graphs of the resistance, reactance and distribution power coefficient are drawn.
