Electric and optic properties of BaTiO3:Fe

Abstract

Conductivity and photoconductivity of iron doped BaTi03 has been made. Current is due to injection of electrons from electrodes to the bulk. Brown coloration appears under voltage, even in dark, and moves slowly from the cathode to the bulk of the crystal.
