Abstract
Reflection of acoustoelectric waves from a free surface of semiinfinite piezoelectric of arbitrary anisotropy is considered for different types of electric boundary conditions. The general solution of the reflection problem for plane waves is obtained. The resonant behaviour of this solution in the neighbourhood of leaky wave branch gives rise to a nonspecular reflection of bounded beams for corresponding angles of incidence.
