Abstract
The linear photovoltaic effect in LiNbO3:Fe has been measured in a broad interval below room temperature. The temperature dependence of the G22 photovoltaic tensor component was measured up to 6 K. The results obtained are interpreted in terms of the ballistic mechanism for nonthermalized electrons.
